Open the configuration in the Admin Panel under Manage → Plugins by selecting Custom CSS Loader. The plugin has two fields.
| Field | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Enable Custom CSS Loader | Switches the inclusion of the CSS files on or off. The description in the form reads: when enabled, CSS files from assets/custom/css/ are loaded automatically, files with staff in the name in the Admin Panel, files with client in the Client Portal. |
enabled |
| Installed Version | Read-only text field (disabled in the form) with the most recently installed plugin version. The plugin maintains the value automatically, you cannot and do not need to change it. | empty, set on activation and update |
The field labels pass through osTicket's translation function. If your language pack has no translation for them, they appear in English as listed above.
When the option is switched off, the plugin sets up no inclusion on startup. No link tags are inserted then. The CSS files stay in the folder. If no value has been stored for the option yet, it counts as enabled.
The field is read-only and for display only. On every start the plugin compares the value with the version in plugin.php. If it is missing or lower, the automatic update runs (see Installation).
The plugin is a singleton: there is only one instance, which is created automatically on activation if it is missing.
