- Check if storage path is writable
- Enable debug logging and check logs in
source/log/
- Check PHP error log for Dompdf errors
- Check if "Attach Mode" is configured correctly
- Check if "Auto Generate" is enabled
- Enable debug logging and check logs
- Clear OXID cache
- Check path - must be relative to
out/pictures/
- Check file format - PNG or JPG recommended
- Check file size - max 500KB recommended
- If field is empty: check shop logo in core settings
Check shop master data in OXID Admin:
Master Settings > Core Settings > Master Data
Bank information is read from shop settings.
