Activating the plugin does not switch the display on. After installation the setting Small business regulation active is "Off".

| Activate plugin | Remembers the shop's current default tax rate. Creates the tax rate Kleinunternehmer §19 UStG (0%) at 0 % if it does not exist yet (an existing tax rate with that name is reused). Sets it as the shop's default tax rate. |

Activation does not change existing products or orders. Products only move to the new tax rate through the product migration.
Before uninstalling, set products back to a regular tax rate with
--restore, because the 0% tax rate is deleted on uninstall. See Product migration.
Shopware 6.6 has a separate plugin line. Both lines share the technical name MmdKleinunternehmer and the same plugin class, so they must not be installed at the same time.
