Using Wiki.js with an MCP client other than Claude Code? Then the standalone wikijs-mcp-server (Node.js) is the right choice.
wikijs-plugin is a Claude Code plugin for Wiki.js. It consists of a Python MCP server that creates, changes, searches, moves and deletes pages, and four skills that turn it into a checked documentation flow: generate docs from code (docs-wiki), check facts against the source code (source-check), check translations for natural wording (translation-check) and set up the plugin (setup).
The source code of the documented project is the truth. Every page goes through a fact check and a language check before publishing, and the checked state is recorded locally as a verified marker.
